Our client, a multinational company in the construction industry, is searching for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Puerto Rico. This position will provide support to the General Manager and will be responsible for the day to day calendar, meeting preparation, scheduling, logistics, and guest hosting as well as provider and business partners relations. The Administrative Assistant must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize and work accurately and efficiently in a fast paced changing environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Completely bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience providing administrative support at the executive level.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
