CAD Manager & Drafter

We are in search of a CAD professional with a passion for precision and design excellence, who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Introducing our opening for a CAD Manager & Drafter. This role will be a vital member of the team, supporting the company’s design, civil, and landscape departments in bringing architectural visions to life.

This is a crucial role in maintaining the company’s official CAD files, ensuring consistency, and adherence to standards. Your expertise in managing X-refs will be instrumental in streamlining our workflow and enhancing collaboration with external consultants.

Proficiency in AutoCAD (ACAD) is a must, but if the talent also brings experience with Revit, Sketchup, ArchiCAD, and Excel, that is a bonus!

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will shine in the production of plot plans, interior coordination drawings, and construction drawings with precision and efficiency.

• Collaborates with design, civil, and landscape teams to produce CAD drawings as needed.
• Maintains official CAD files, layers, and standards for the organization.
• Creates plot plans and assists in organizing master plan files and site files.
• Generates interior coordination drawings including lighting plans and electrical plans.
• Organizes CAD files from consultants and compares revisions as they are received.
• Print plans as required for internal and external use.
• Prepares construction drawings as necessary.

• Experience: 5+ years in CAD drafting (Candidates with less experience must provide a portfolio showcasing their work).
• Must have experience in developing architecture plans and site work.
• Proficient in managing X-refs.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (ACAD) is a must.
• Bonus: Experience with Revit, Sketchup, ArchiCAD, and Excel.
