At Careers Inc., we have a strong sense of Social Responsibility as one of our core values. For over 35 years, we have partnered with non-profit organizations to benefit society. Some of our many contributions:

In 1999, we began an innovative fundraising event in partnership with The Muscular Dystrophy Association where we “kidnap” Executives that volunteer to raise a donation to sponsor kids’ participation in a very special summer camp, designed to encourage them to defy their limits, while having fun.

We are proud to say we’ve broken records, throughout the recent years, exceeding our goal to over $135,000 in 2023’s Most Wanted Viking Edition, $100,000 in 2022’s Most Wanted En Mi Viejo San Juan Edition, $145,000 in 2021’s Most Wanted Back to the 80’s Edition, $112,408 in 2020’s Most Wanted Miracle Parade Edition, $171,759 in 2019’s Most Wanted Around The World Edition, $211,280 in 2018’s Most Wanted Hollywood Edition, $162,500 in 2017’s Most Wanted Olympians Edition, and $138,000 in 2016’s Rock Star Edition achieving more than 150 kid participation in their annual summer camp.

Over the years, we also contributed to MDAs Black & Blue Gala Fundraiser and MDA’s Bcool (more than 20 years). For more than 30 years, we have also consistently maintained 100% participation in employee contributions to United Funds of Puerto Rico.

Careers Inc. is proud to actively participate in Invest Puerto Rico’s outstanding initiatives to ensure our island’s industry-flourishing new and existing businesses keep betting on the amazing talent we have been producing for over six decades.

We have also collaborated with ConPRmetidos (an independent, non-partisan, non-profit organization founded in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 2012), with their “Comeback” strategy to boost the Puerto Rico economy by bringing back our diaspora talent to the island.
